Player development
Parents pay $2,000 a term and only hear about their child when something has gone wrong.
Weekly or monthly reviews by the coach, on the academy's own metrics. A Player Card with the child's form. Season statistics. A development summary the coach shares with the family, and a suggested move to a stronger program the family can accept and pay for in one tap.

The academy decides what a coach rates and how much each metric weighs per group; reviews run weekly or monthly.

A few taps per player on the phone; the app reminds the coach when a review period is open.

Hold up the card
Reviews roll into the Player Card and the season statistics the player and parents see.

Suggest a move
"She is ahead of this group." The family reads it, sees what changes in the fee, and accepts and pays in one tap.
