Training
Twenty minutes of every session go on picking teams and explaining the drill.
A drawing board for drills, and a shared library. Session plans built from templates and, for the season ahead, plans by month, term or season assigned to groups by age and level. Families see tomorrow's drills and which squad their child is in. The coach gets suggested squads for the training match from ratings, positions and last week's rotation, and goals and assists feed the player's statistics.
